Sweet and Sour Chicken
Sauce:
  • 1 large can of tomato sauce
  • 1 cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 ½ cups raw honey
  • 1 Tbsp. soy lecithin*

Directions

This recipe does take a lot of ingredients, but it is worth the trouble. It tastes great, and the spices work to make you feel better when you are sick.

  1. Cook chicken breasts according to instructions found on package

  2. Cut chicken into small squares

  3. Create sauce, and add spices

  4. Saute chopped onion and green pepper together

  5. Add to sauce

  6. Add chicken to sauce, and allow to simmer for thirty minutes

  7. Serve over rice


*Those with soy sensitivities may wish to substitute with flour or non-GMO cornstarch until a thick consistency is reached.
