Why You Should Never Listen to Your Dentist, Why You Should Never Brush Your Teeth After Consuming Sugar, and the Epidemics of Poisonous Cavity-Causing Fluoride

For decades, dentists have insisted that one of the best ways to avoid cavities is to brush the teeth immediately after consuming anything that contains large amounts of sugar.  New evidence shows that they were wrong.  One should be mindful that modern dentistry also promotes mercury ("silver") fillings, and fluoride in drinking water.  The dentistry industry is perhaps one of the most barbaric toward health.  We should be grateful that the American Dental Association does not play a greater role in disease management.

After consuming sugary foods or drinks, the enamel of teeth becomes weaker; especially within the first hour of consumption.  Brushing the teeth during this period leads to extreme increases in abrasive damage to the weakened enamel.  The damage will become quite significant in a person's latter years.

Soft drinks are especially detrimental to tooth enamel, due to their acidity.  It is the sugars in combination with the low pH of soft drinks that is the culprit: not merely one or the other.  The average pH of soft drinks is 2.5, while the mouth should remain about neutral, or a pH of about 7.  For decades, it has been believed that merely the low pH of soft drinks was the causative factor in weakened tooth enamel, and that the teeth should be immediately scrubbed clean after consumption.  Contrary to what has become the popular belief, waiting at least an hour before brushing, and using a "soft" tooth brush leads to the best overall dental health.

Despite the influence provided by groups like the American Dental Association (A.D.A.), a stunning 59% of children aged 12 to 19 have at least one cavity in their adult teeth, according to a recent study.

The Fluoride Deception

The presence of fluoride in tap water has increased in recent years, but it has not reduced cavities.  In fact, the Fluoride Action Network issued a press release in 2001, which showed that when fluoridation stops, the rate of cavities declines, in direct opposition to the position of the A.D.A..  The U.S. Government's statistics also confirm the inverse relationship between cavities and ingested fluoride: that more ingested fluoride equals more cavities (and other diseases).  However, water fluoridation is not done in the interests of health, but for some very twisted politics.  For more on the link between fluoridation and the pacification of the public, read the article entitled, "There's Something In The Water", in issue 1 of Naturally Good Magazine.  The article shows that fluoride was first publicly used on the conquered peoples of the NAZI's, as a mind control, and population control drug.  Which reminds us, fluoride destroys fertility as well.

Fluoridation in the U.S. began life as part of a con-job for the nuclear, aluminum, and fertilizer industries to rid themselves of their toxic industrial waste product at our expense; namely sodium fluoride.  If a truckload of this stuff were spilled, it would initiate an emergency cleanup that would restrict all traffic within miles, and require an army of spacesuit-wearing emergency workers.  Even the fumes are deadly.  It is of course, coincidental that the same chemical companies who are unloading this waste into our bodies likewise benefit financially whenever we of the public purchase chemotherapy and radiation "treatments" for the cancers caused by their internally accumulated fluoride.  You did know that fluoride is one of the most potent cancer-causing agents ever discovered, right?  In fact, smoking cigarettes is probably safer than drinking or bathing in your tap water.  Seriously.

Fluoride also directly attacks the thyroid, and neutralizes precious iodine.  This is why fluoride is the main reason for the current epidemic of hypothyroidism, and for hormonal problems for women in the U.S..  Fluoride is perhaps the major factor in osteoporosis, due to the fact that is causes brittle bones; especially over extended periods.

"Hydrofluorosilicic acid is also known as fluorosilicic acid or fluosilicic acid. It comes as a liquid and so it is easier to add to water than crystalline sodium fluoride and fluorosilicate.  All of these chemicals are derived from pollution scrubbing operations.  A common source is the processing of phosphate rock to make phosphate fertilizers.  The rock also contains fluoride, silica and traces of heavy metals such as uranium, radium, radon and lead. When the phosphate rock is treated with sulfuric acid, silicon tetrafluoride and hydrogen fluoride gases are given off. These gases pass through scrubbers and react with water to form hydrofluosilicic acid."

-- Fluorine Recovery in the Fertilizer Industry: A Review

The American Dental Association continually provides inaccurate information to the public, without shame.  They are obviously envious of the policies of the A.M.A., A.P.A., and of course, the F.D.A..  Perhaps they are hoping to get their death count up, but they have some stiff competition there.  They are one of many self-licensed, self-serving, and self-regulating "health" agencies that ought to be eradicated.  Their advocation of mercury fillings for pregnant women, and fluoride for children is unforgivable, and nothing short of evil.

A good measure is to rinse the mouth with water immediately after eating. This dilutes bacteria in the mouth and removes the sugar that would otherwise feed them.

I just watched the video on the Fluoride deception-WOW! I haven't ever felt comfortable with the fluoridated water thing. I found out my kids have been getting a weekly swish at school of Fluoride. Do you think this is safe? Should I have the school stop giving it to them?

Of course it's safe! That is, unless it is spilled on the highway, at which point an emergency clean-up crew would be dispatched to clean up the mess with space suits, as the surrounding community is evacuated due to the fluorine gas.

Perhaps you could get them to have the kids gargle with chlorine bleach too. After all, that safe substance is also put into the drinking water, and just imagine the whitening effects! Another win-win for health and the chemical industry!

Hi Sarah: I read that you cure your diabetics within months. I am interesting to find out how to cure my diabetics. If I don't take anything, and eat regular food, my sugar level would jump to 400+, and it is around 200-300 when i first wake up. It never go down during the day. I am pretty frustrated. Please advise. Thank you. Diane Cao

Hello, I am a Dentist, one of the few with an open mind to read and agree with these articles. Anyway, thought I'd add something I've learned. As far as the abrading tooth structure away after eating sugar. I have found that its not only caused by using a medium or hard bristled tooth brush. I have found evidence that it is more of a problem with the toothpastes themselves, particularly the whitening toothpastes which dont bleach away stains as much as they abrade away stains. Tartar control toothpastes are high up there too. I would do an internet search on "toothpaste abrasivity index". Weather your enamel is hard or softened by sugar some of these toothpastes will still permanently damage your teeth. I recommend nothing over 80.

And a question for the authors. There is an obvious health difference between consuming "chlorine" vs. "chloride" as we know sodium "chloride" is table salt. Is there a difference between "fluorine" and "fluoride"? Thank you, I love reading this stuff.

you know now a days Fluoride isnt in your tap water.(maybe in some cities) but It's used in irrigation systems in farms. They water plant foods with Fluoride water on farms and when they do all the Fluoride gets absorbed into the plants,so after you eat it, all that juice that goes in your mouth is laced with Fluoride. So it doesnt matter what you eat as long as its food you will be a victim of Fluoride.

It is true that plants are watered with fluoridated water, but it is also true that the vast majority of municipal water in the United States contains fluoride.

I love this video. Our city has .998 ppm of fluoride in the water. I am going to send this video to our governor. The only thing that bothers me is at the very end of the video where the statement is made that Europe does not have fluoridated water and their children's teeth is just as good as our children's. I thought that fluoride is causing cavities in our children's teeth, so how can they be equal?
